When will I receive my order?We are so excited for you to get your package! Our current processing time is about 3-5 business days (M-F). Please keep in mind that this time may be longer during high traffic times, such as a sale or the holidays.
What are the best care instructions for apparel?Wash your apparel in cold water and dry tumble low. Do not apply direct heat, such as an iron, on the designs.
How do I maintain my "The Park Bag?"Gently wipe with a cold cloth when needed. Do not apply heat, such as an iron, directly on the design. Do not soak or rub abrasively.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?We do not offer returns or exchanges. If your order is damaged during transit we may file a claim via USPS for Priority Mail. We are not responsible for USPS lost or damaged packages.
What if my package is lost?We are so sorry! After packages are sent out to USPS for shipping, there is little we can do. Please ensure the shipping address you provided is correct to avoid lost and delayed packages. In the event that a package is sent back to Studio P due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees. In the event that an order is lost, please contact your local USPS to file a claim.
My "The Park Bag" came damaged. What should I do?If you received a damaged or defective bag, please contact us within 1 WEEK of receiving your package. Studio P will pay for you to ship it back to be fixed. Please note that returns or exchanges are not allowed- the bag will be repaired and shipped back to you at no cost. Additional fees may apply if damages are reported after 1 week.
